ACTION ITEMS
1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the March 6, 2006 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the application for Use of the Town Common submitted by Teresa Capachione for a Family picnic to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Capachione School of Performing Arts on June 25, 2006 from 1-4 p.m.; rain date September 24, 2006.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request received from Anne C. Fleming representing Gregg Heger to place a zoning by-law article on the Town Meeting warrant and to forward the article to the Planning Board for their hearing process.
4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove setting the Polling Hours for all future Annual Town Elections for 11:00 a.m – 7:00 p.m.
5. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the East Bridgewater Little League holding their Opening Day Parade and Ceremonies on Saturday, April 22, 2006; parade to begin at 9 a.m. from the Middle School Parking Lot and proceed down Central Street to the John Silva Complex on Church Street.
6. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the over-expenditure of the Snow & Ice Removal Account as allowed under MGL Chapter 44, Section 31D.
